消費關係要旨：消費者權力受損等與遠通電收故意設定人為消費障礙
申訴處理經過：遠通電收公司處理之高速公路過路費用,只告知產生總金額,不給非etag用戶消費者明細內容
申訴事由：(爭議所在)：
1.不免費提供非etag用戶消費明細,即要消費者繳款,顯然消費內容不透明,損害消費者權利,
2.僅提供etag用戶免費消費明細,卻不提供給非etag用戶免費明細清單,讓消費者搞不清楚到底消費了多少錢,顯然故意在製造消費障礙,
3.限制非etag用戶需自行繳費才得列印消費明細,更是一為牟利,二為排擠和剷除不乖乖聽遠通的消費者
請求內容：
1.非etag用戶應享有與etag用戶相同權利,能自行查詢過路與費用明細,以免遠通費用錯誤,藉此保障消費者權利,
2.遠通電收必須主動列印或陳列出過路明細,再將過路費總金額列出為完整帳單,消費者才能保有完整權益,
