租屋 熱水器 問題

我在外租屋 台北
冬天電費上個月1085 一度5元
我覺得太貴了
基本上都6點後才在家裡
沒冰箱
只有電腦電視電熱水器穿風機再用
電視沒甚麼看
電腦比較常開 大約到晚上12點關
熱水器要洗才開(快熱型那種)

出門我插頭電源甚麼的也都會關掉

電費我都有記錄
打工完8點到家 12點就睡了
電腦也沒甚麼用 主要電熱水器
這樣一天還要4~5度=20~25元
一天才在家4小時 使用電器只有熱水器 電腦
這樣合理嗎....
