陸軍下士洪仲丘疑不當管教致死，國軍禁閉制度勢必檢討，朝野立委明（22）日將實地勘察陸軍269旅禁閉室，了解禁閉室設備、環境及操課情形。

目前已知將前往勘察的有民進黨籍的外交國防委員會召委蕭美琴、民進黨立委陳亭妃、趙天麟及陳歐珀，還有國民黨立委馬文君等人，國防部副部長楊念祖將陪同。

陳亭妃受訪表示，如果不查明監視系統的運作、設置、拍攝角度及機房控管，就沒法知道真相。

陳亭妃還批評軍檢辦案「不夠積極、官官相護」，也擔憂案發後沒有查封現場，有人蓄意破壞。

馬文君則認為，禁閉制度一定要修正，不能讓一個士官就能左右被禁閉人員的人身安全；並將勘察禁閉室環境是否比監獄還差，以免影響募兵制的推動，並進一步探討禁閉制度的存廢。
